MASTER PLAN
Masonry
RCC-framed structure with 9” outer brick wall and 4.5” inner brick wall.
Walls will be plastered with cement mortar.
Ground floor base height will be 3’ from the existing ground level.

Main door will be of teak wood frame with Flush Door panel.
All other doors and windows frames will be of red padak wood.
The window shutter will be of good quality padak with 4mm thick plain glass & MS grills.

The kitchen platform top shall be with granite slab (black colour) with SS sink without drain board.
Plumbing
Plumbing shall be of concealed type with good quality CPVC pipes.
All bathrooms will have good quality CP fitting (metro or equivalent).
Sanitary fittings will be of good quality, white in colour (parry ware or equivalent).
Electrical
Three-phase concealed FR wiring with good quality copper modular switches will be provided.
Flooring
Inner carpet area will be provided with 2’X 2’ vitrified tiles with 4” skirting.
Bathrooms flooring will be of ceramic plain anti-skid tiles.
Car parking area will be provided with clay tiles.
Wall Dadooing
Bathroom will be of good quality tiles upto 7” height and kitchen 2’ height above kitchen platform and dining 2’ height above wash basin.
Painting
Inner painting with putty, one coat primer and two coats emulsion.
Outer painting with one coat primer, two coats exterior paint (ACE or equivalent).
Main door shall be finished with polishing and other doors and windows with one coat primer, putty and two coats synthetic enamel (Asian, Nerolac and equivalent).
Open Terrace
Brick lime surkhi with hydraulic-pressed tiles.
Stair Case
Staircase shall be provided with V.T.steps and MS handrails.
