Structure :
RCC Framed Structure with TMT Steel bars designed for earth quake resistant.
Super Structure :
Outer Walls 9”thick & inner walls 4.1/2”thick with table moulded Bricks with cement Mortar.

Provision for cupboards.

Main Door - Teak Wood frame with Teak Paneled shutters, good quality hardware with suitable locking, and safety chain like lock-set or equivalent.
