STRUCTURE

• RCC framed structure

SUPER STRUCTURE

• 8 inch thick external walls and 4 inch thick internal walls with Lightweight AAC Solid Blocks of Prime/Super Block or equivalent. 

PLASTERING

• Double coat cement plaster with sponge finish.

DOORS

• Main Door : Teak wood door frame and flush door shutter with veneer with melamine polish with all SS fittings.
• Internal Doors : Teak wood door frame with painted Moulded Skin panel shutter with all SS Hardware Fittings.
• Windows : UPVC windows system with plain glass with mosquito mesh track, MS Grill with enamel paint finish. Prime/Aparna or equivalent. 

FLOORING

• Living and Dining, Bedrooms, Kitchen : 2 ft x 2 ft size Vitrified Tiles. Balconies : Antiskid Ceramic Tiles of 1 ft X 1 ft Size Flooring. Of make AGL/Varmora/Vitero or equivalent.
• Corridors : 2 ft x 2 ft size Vitrified Tiles/ Granite stone.
• Staircase : Granite Stone Flooring. 

CLADDING

• Dado in Kitchen : Ceramic Tiles dado upto 2 ft above kitchen platform.
• Bathrooms : Ceramic Tiles Flooring and Ceramic tiles dado up to 6Ft. Height.
• Utility Area : Ceramic tile dado up to sill height. Of make ajaria/AGL/ Varmora or equivalent.

KITCHEN

• Black Granite Platform with Stainless Steel Sink.
• Separate municipal water tap along with tap for bore water.
• Provision for fixing of Water Purifier system, Exhaust fan.

RAILING AND UTILITIES

• Railing: MS Railing for balconies and SS Railing for staircase 
• Utilities: Washing provision and provision for washing machine.

PAINTING

• Internal : Smooth Putty finish with two coats of Premium acrylic emulsion paint
• External : One Coat Primer with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint of Aslan/Berger/Nerolac or equilvalent.

BATHROOMS

• Common Toilet with I.W.C with Flush Tank, Attached Toilet with E.W.C with Flush tank with Ceramic Wash Basin. Jaguar/ Hindware / Parryware or equivalent
