CIVIL
1. Roof height will be a good 10 feet from finished floor level to roof slab.
2. Solid bricks used for constructing exterior walls and interior walls.
3. 9-inch thickness wall for exterior and 4-1/2-inch wall for interior.
4. Basement height is elevated by 3 feet from present road level.
5. Concrete mix of M20 grade is used for all civil works.
6. Terrace weathering course made of brick jelly and limestone mixture.
7. Exterior painting done with “ASIAN” brand Ace paint.
8. Interior painting done with “ASIAN” brand distemper paint.
9. Pest control treatment done from excavation level to building completion level.
10. I Steel brand used.

WOOD WORKS
1. All main entrances with first quality teakwood frames and teakwood panel doors.
2. Bedroom and kitchen doors and window frames and ventilator frames made of teakwood.
3. Main entrance doors are finished with varnish coating.
4. All woodwork painted with “ASIAN” brand enamel paint.

TILES AND SLABS
1. Only first quality Johnson or Naveen tiles used in all Floor Areas.
2. 2 X 2 first quality vitrified color tiles in all living rooms, bedrooms, puja rooms and kitchens.
3. Bathrooms, service areas and balconies areas are laid with joint-free tiles.
4. Bathrooms have first quality dadoing glazed tiles up to 7 feet height.
5. Washbasin areas in dining halls tiled up to 2 feet with first quality dadoing glazed tiles.
6. 2-feet wide, first quality black granite tops provided for cooking platforms in kitchens.
7. First quality joint free tiles up to 3 feet provided above cooking platform.

BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FITTINGS
1. “METRO” brand CP tap fittings used in kitchens and bathrooms.
2. “DIAMOND” brand stainless steel sinks provided in kitchens.
3. Separate water inlets and outlets provided for RO water purifier in kitchens.
4. “PARRYWARE” brand closets and basins.

ELECTRICAL WIRING AND FITTINGS
1. Only fireproof ISI cables used for all electrification wiring.
2. 3-phase distribution boards with automatic phase changer switches and circuit breakers provided.
3. “ANCHOR” brand switches and “HAVELL/STANDARD” brand switch gears used.
4. ISI branded cables and wires for TV cables and phone wires.
