General

STRUCTURE : RCC framed / slab structure. Open foundations with anti termite treatment.

WALLS : Outer walls - 9" thick brick work l inner walls- 4.5" thick brick work all cement plastered. Ceiling - rough plastering with cement paint.

FLOORING : 2'x2' vitrified tiles for hall and bedrooms. Anti skid tiles for kitchen, toilets, utility and balcony areas up to Rs35/- per sqft.

WALL FINISHES : Internal walls - Two coats of ace paint over a coat of primer and two coats of putty l External walls- shall be plastered with cement mortar and finished with two coats of ace paint over a coat of primer.

WALL TILES : Toilets- glazed ceramic tiles upto 7' ht with border l kitchen - coloured tiles upto 2' ht above kitchen slab.

DOORS & WINDOWS : Main doors- teak wood frame with solid teak wood paneled door. Bedroom doors- flush doors. Toilet door- PVC doors.Windows â€"Padak Wood frame and shutters.

KITCHEN : Raised cooking platform with granite top and stainless sink without drain board.

LOFTS & SHELVES : One loft and shelf of 7' X 3' in bed rooms and kitchen.

ELECTRICAL : Three phase concealed wiring with provision for one geyser points in both toilet, one fridge point in hall, one grinder point in kitchen, light , fans points in bedroom and hall area. Air conditioner point in both bedroom. Switches - Kolors. Cables â€" Kundan / equivalent.

TOILETS : All ceramic / Porcelain sanitary wares will be of white colour (parry ware or equivalent) | EWC for master bedroom and IWC for common toilet with low level flushing cistern | All C.P. fittings will be of standard quality(Metro fittings or equivalent) | All cold water supply pipes and all external and internal pipes shall be of PVC and hot water supply lines will be of class "B" GI pipes of standard quality.

WATER SUPPLY & SANITARY : Adequate Borewells | Under ground RCC sump Overhead RCC Tanks | Septic tank will be of water proofed Brick wall | Rain water pipes will be of PVC of standard grade.

VEHICLE PARKING : Reserved Covered Car Park at extra cost.
