Shubhkamna-Advert Group has its genesis in the early years of the present century when Shri Diwakar Sharma started construction of group housing societies in Noida and Gurgaon. Within a span of six years, Shri Diwakar Sharma completed four group housing projects. It goes to the credit of the Group that these projects were completed without any cost escalation or time over-run.
