MASTER PLAN
structure
A.NATURE OF CONSTRUCTION:
R.C.C. column, structure, with 8" thick external and 3" & 5" thick brick partition walls, inside will be finished by cement and finished with wall putty and outer walls will be plastered and finished with wall putty and weather coat paints. The height of each floor will be as per KMC rules.
doors
Wood panel main door with godrej lock and latches. Other doors will be flush door with godrej locks.
Sal wood door frame as approved by the Architect.
S.S tower bolt 8" long from inside.
Electric bell point.
windows
All windows will be of Aluminium make with glass panels.
kitchen
Cooking platform with polished granite top and stainless steel sink. Ceramic tiles or vitrified tiles upto 7' feet height on all side wall installed in kitchen.
toilet_fittings
Ceramic or vitrified tiles upto 7 feet height on all side wall, flooring of vitrified tiles finish, jaquar make wall hanging commode, commode shower, jaquar make concealed cistern, American Standard make basin, jaquar basin mixture, shower tray. All bathroom fittings will be of jaguar make.
All bathrooms will be treated for water proofing. All bathrooms will be provided with concealed pipe lines for hot and cold water in shower and basin. Exhaust fan points in all toilets with fan points.

Floors of all rooms and kitchen will be finished with vitrified tiles. Hall and dining area would be finished with Italian Marble.

Switches of Northwest/Crabtree/Legrand or equivalent make. PVC conduit pipes concealed with copper wiring in all rooms. 15 Amp Power points in all living rooms, bed rooms, kitchen and toilets for geyser. Air conditioning point in all rooms and dining/living area. 5 Amp adequate number of points in all rooms/other areas. Call bell points at the entrance, T.V. points in living room and in all bed rooms, external lighting with water tight fittings in children's play area and internal roads and exhaust fan points in all kitchens if required, Exhaust fan points in all toilets, etc.
